Artichoke Dip - for Sam

Sam - as promised!

To the rest of you: if you're going to be at a pot-luck party we're also going to, call me first to make sure we're not making this too! :)

Hot Artichoke Dip - from Taegan:

1 can quartered Artichoke hearts (in water)
1 C mayonaise
1 C grated parmesan cheese

Drain Artichoke hearts and combine with mayonaise and cheese. Place in small dish and heat in a 350 degree oven for 30 min, or until bubbling and brown in spots.

You can double this recipe and it will fit into a 9" pie pan. Just keep in the oven longer. Tastes great with water crackers!
