Tonite we attempted to make our own pasta...2 1/2 cups flour + 4 eggs
+ 3/4 tsp salt = delicious!

We got the pasta attachments as a wedding gift and hadn't used them
yet and this super simple recipe was th this months Rachel Ray magazine.

The Townleys came over and were our guinea pigs...we all had seconds,
so I guess it was a hit.

Sadly, it was so good that we probably won't be able to buy boxed
pasta again!!!
