I know this may come as a shock, but we are technology people. Demetri more than me, but nevertheless...we usually have one or more laptops lying around the living room and I finally reached my breaking point. So, I suggested a desk-like table for behind the couch - that way we could be on the laptops, but still in the living room and it's neater.

We went to Ikea looking to be inspired, and came home with the table we picked out from the display floor...but did we pay full price? heck no. As-is Baby!!!! Another floor model marked down another 20% and the chair was only $20!
