1 can black eyed peas
1 8oz package feta cheese
2 forkfulls of pepproncini rings (in a jar near the pickles in the grocery store)
salt
pepper
2-3 turns EVOO**
*optional are one seeded jalapeno and some red pepper flakes for heat*
**Extra Virgin Olive Oil for you non-food network people
Combine, stir and serve with pita chips...it's GREAT! You may have to make it several times to get the combination you like, but that's half the fun.
